Data logger memory circuit
The diagram shows two 24LC256 EEPROM memory chips, again functionally part of the Data-Logger module. These EEPROMs are accessed from the Data-Logger PICAXE using the i2C protocol. They each have a separate address, specified by the pins A0 to A2 on each chip.
It doesn't matter what address they specify so long as each chip address is unique. Although there are two chips, at present I am only using one of them as I have found one to be sufficient to store a day's readings, before download to the PC.
